dolphin performance hasn't been improving either. Safe is also very slow on my machine I can barely play the game on safe let alone make textures. doing a texture pack on "fast" is a waste of time honestly, and even then you can't guarantee that the textures can work. unless something changes in the way dolphin handles RE3 textures, anyone doing a texture pack for this game should do it on "safe". * The problems I mentioned before still exist, dolphin doesn't work with RE3 the same way it does with RE2. TBQH I haven't done anything significant since January as I don't have much free time.
